Faith to Action Network
The Centre for the Development of People (CEDEP) is a Ghanaian Non-Governmental Organisation of considerable local and international repute. CEDEP has a philosophy of maximizing human potential for sustainable development in Ghana, and is headquartered in Kumasi.
Since its establishment in 1983, CEDEP has supported many development interventions through development education, advisory services, research, training, advocacy and networking; and has achieved a credible status as a major service-oriented non-governmental organization. Over the years, CEDEP has adopted a cross-sectoral approach to poverty reduction, human resource development, gender equity and sustainable development, working in various sectors and with different actors. CEDEP believes in the power of collective action and, therefore, has worked with a host of development partners including multi-laterals, bi-laterals and transnational, local and international NGOs.

For Ahsan Hamidi an activist with Eco Bhinneka, the chance for people with various religious backgrounds to meet, discuss, and work together while caring for the environment allows clarity and progress where there are differences that have arisen on the basis of prejudice”. What is your story of inter faith harmony this week?
