• Faiths UNiTE: Interfaith Voices Against Digital Harm

As the world marks the 2025 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, Faith to Action Network is dedicating this campaign period to a growing and urgent challenge: digital violence against women and girls.

Online abuse, harassment, and discrimination are increasingly shaping the lives of women and girls often with real-world consequences for their safety, wellbeing, and participation in public life. Addressing this harm requires collective action grounded in shared values of dignity, justice, compassion, and non-violence.

A New Interfaith Campaign for 2025

In response, Faith to Action Network is proud to launch Faiths UNiTE: Interfaith Voices Against Digital Harm a global campaign that brings together faith leaders, young people, and diverse communities to speak out against digital violence and promote safer, more respectful online spaces.

The campaign aligns with UN Women’s global theme, “UNiTE to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls,” and amplifies the moral leadership of faith actors in shaping attitudes, norms, and behaviour both online and offline.

Campaign Messaging Toolkit

As part of this campaign, Faith to Action Network is releasing a Messaging Toolkit to support partners, members, and allies in their advocacy and outreach efforts. The toolkit is designed for use across sermons, community dialogues, social media platforms, and public engagement activities.

The toolkit includes:

  • Key campaign messages
  • Interfaith quotes and scripture references
  • Sample social media posts and captions
  • A digital harm explainer

All materials are free to use, adapt, translate, co-brand, and contextualise to reflect your community, faith tradition, or organisational priorities.
