Anchalee Kurutach is the Program Director of the International Network of Engaged Buddhists (INEB), where she oversees programs in child protection, youth empowerment, transformative learning for social change, eco-temple development, cultural exchange program, humanitarian relief, and peace and reconciliation. She has been associated with INEB for over 20 years, serving on its Executive Committee from 2005 to 2022 and coordinating its USAID-funded Regional Network for Peacebuilders project from 2022 to 2024.

Anchalee brings more than three decades of experience working with multi-faith refugees and immigrants in Southeast Asia and the United States. Her work focuses on social support and language advocacy for survivors of violence, as well as advancing Gender Equality and Social Inclusion through engagement with Buddhist monastics, faith leaders, and lay activists. She also provides training in trust-building, power analysis, and healing, with current projects centered on marginalized communities in Myanmar and female religious leaders in Thailand.
